In Front view, continue to Extrude down, to make all the body. The important hint here it's the joint of hips and the pelvic area. You must make a close line before starting to extrude the hip. The buttock base should be two, more or less round circles.



Check with Open Gl shade mode and the trackball view the roundness of the back.



To make the upper body, select the top breast vertices and Extrude them.



In Side view, move the previous extruded vertices row, to the back. Extrude some times again to make the shoulders and rely them to those of the back.
